Company Sales Policies

To insure efficiency and good customer service, we have the following sales policies:

Minimum order is $100.00. T-shirts and small items such as keyrings and magnets are to be ordered by the dozen. Other items can generally be ordered in quantity of 6 unless otherwise specified on the website or catalog.

Web orders must be charged on a Visa or MasterCard. The actual charge will be made after the order is pulled and the shipping charges are calculated.

Shipping is via UPS ground, or orders may be picked up at our warehouse by prior arrangement.

New customers must provide us with a completed State of Ohio Sales and Use Tax Blanket Exemption form, or we will be required to charge Franklin County, Ohio sales tax. Please call our office at 614-764-8975 to have a form faxed to you. Completed forms can be faxed back to 614-764-8074.

New customers must pay by credit card for the first order and must provide us with current credit information.

Current Visa or MasterCard information must be on file for customers. Victory Postcards will use this to charge delinquent accounts.

Any damage or discrepancies to an order must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the order.

Backorders are generally shipped if they amount to $50.00 or more, unless otherwise specified by customer.

Orders can be placed on the website, with a sales representative, faxed or emailed or phoned to the office.
